What we process: IP addresses and browser signals, briefly, at Cloudflare to deliver the site, run the Turnstile bot check and apply rate limits; visitor totals that identify no one; settings stored only on your device.
We have no accounts, no cookies, no ad trackers and no sale of data, and we store no IP addresses and no record of anyone's practice.
Purposes and retention: an anonymous session in your browser tab for up to 24 hours, to keep you in your hall; a held seat for 60 seconds after a dropped connection; 5-minute and daily visitor totals, kept as totals only; technical events with no identifier, kept 3 months; device settings until you clear them.
Processor: Cloudflare, for hosting, Turnstile and analytics.
Rights and requests: write to lienhe@ghechua.com. We acknowledge within 2 working days.
Legal basis: we process IP addresses and browser signals briefly, to deliver the site, run bot checks and apply rate limits. This is needed to carry out the terms of use you accept by tapping Enter (Personal Data Protection Law, Article 19.1) and to protect the service from abuse.
Cross-border handling: Cloudflare handles requests in data centers that may be outside Vietnam.
Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: no telemetry beacon and no Web Analytics.
